The Clarence Senior Center enriches the lives of seniors in our community through a wide variety of activities, programs, classes and experiences that will educate, inform, entertain and involve them. Seniors aged fifty-five and over are welcome regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, or nationality. With over 1000 members, the Senior Center is a busy place where members can come for an hour or stay for the day and enjoy all that we have to offer!
We are honored to announce that the Clarence Senior Center received a generous grant from the East Hill Foundation for the purchase of a commercial stove to support the Erie County Stay Fit Dining Program. The East Hill Foundation donated $12,500 for the purchase of the stove. The current stove is old and needs replacing in order to be a safe and efficient method for cooking.
The Clarence Senior Center extends its sincere appreciation to the East Hill Foundation for their continued support of community-based initiatives. Their generosity directly contributes to our mission of serving the amazing senior citizens in our community.
Evolved from a family tradition of stewardship, the East Hill Foundation has provided grants to the Western New York community since 1986. For more information, visit www.easthillfdn.org
